Nervous System Reset Workshop & Sound Bath - London (SOLD OUT)
De-stress your body, calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system with a down-tempo, sumptuous 90 minute session of gentle breathwork, slow and slinky movement, yoga nidra meditation, all finishing with a soundbath to restore your inner balance. We'll use plenty of props to get super comfy, with myofascial balls for trigger point release and acupressure stimulation. You'll come away with a greater sense of inner peace, stability, and vitality.

A calming, sensory-rich workshop designed to unwind stress and restore balance. Through breath, movement, rest and sound, you’ll reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and leave feeling grounded and nourished.
