Wild Reset: A Nervous System Yoga Retreat
42 Acres, Somerset, 17-19th October 2025
Join me for a nervous system-focused yoga retreat in Somerset at 42 Acres — one of the UK’s most beautiful and regenerative retreat centres. Set in 173 acres of wild nature, this immersive weekend offers therapeutic yoga, myofascial release, sound healing, gut-loving, hyper-local food and an opportunity to recharge. Blending ancient wisdom and science-backed practices, this retreat is more than a break — it’s a sanctuary for unwinding, reconnecting and embodied living.
The yoga
Yoga will be led by me, Rori, supported by Nerissa Xaveria. We’ll both be on hand to assist and support the group — so you’ll receive plenty of care and individual attention.
This is an open-level retreat, suitable for all experience levels. Whether you're newer to the practice or an experienced mover, there will be plenty of options to soften, deepen, or take rest whenever you need. You can expect:
Grounding breathwork
Dynamic, embodied and intelligent yoga flows
Myofascial release workshop (think: the equivalent of a full-body massage)
Restorative and Yin yoga for deep release
Sound bath
Yoga Nidra meditations to gently ease you into peaceful sleep
Where you’ll stay
Every space at 42 Acres has been consciously restored using sustainable, locally sourced, natural materials and sympathetic methods, and is powered 100% by renewable energy. Inside, you’ll find understated luxury and timeless simplicity: real fires, natural light, soft textures, and far-reaching views down to the lake. The result is a cosy, nurturing sanctuary that brings a profound sense of peace and calm.
Each guest will stay in a beautiful en-suite room with either a king or double bed. The beds don’t split into twins, but if you’re happy to share, you're welcome to bring a friend — see pricing options below.
You’ll also have access to the shared spaces: fireside snugs, serene lounges, open areas that invite both connection and quiet and of course access to the wonderful expanse of woodland and lake outside.
What you’ll eat
All meals are prepared fresh on site as part of 42 Acres’ “Soil to Gut” food philosophy — an approach that celebrates nourishment, sustainability and deep connection to the land.
Ingredients are organic, seasonal, and either wild-foraged or grown right there on the farm. Meals are flavourful, nutrient-dense, and designed to support the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling well-fed in every sense.
Menus can cater to most dietary needs — just let us know your preferences when booking.
