My story
My work focuses on helping people find peace and connection within themselves—through the body, breath, and nervous system. I teach therapeutic yoga that supports lasting change: tools you can carry into everyday life, not just onto the mat.
My approach blends scientific insight and ancient wisdom, drawing from yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. I specialise in spine health, nervous system regulation, mental health, yoga for women’s health, and supporting older bodies and beginners.
I’ve been practicing yoga since my teens, and teaching for over a decade. I started with strong, fast-paced styles like Bikram and Ashtanga, but over time came to appreciate the healing power of stillness, subtlety, and breath. Yoga gave me a home in my body, and a way to meet myself with compassion—and that’s what I now love sharing with others.
I’m based in East Sussex and offer classes, 1-1 yoga therapy, retreats, and workshops.
I have completed over 1700 hours of training (I love it and am a total nerd!), including:
Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training (350 hours), Yoga Rhythms, Australia
Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training, Bess Prescott Yoga (in progress)
