Everybody is totally unique, and each yoga therapy practice takes into account your unique physical, mental, emotional and energetic needs.

My inspiration and expertise

With over 1,700 hours of specialist training—including a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga 500hr with Yoga Medicine—my work blends scientific insight and ancient wisdom. My areas of focus are:
