De-stress your body, calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system with a down-tempo, sumptuous 90 minute session of gentle breathwork, slow and slinky movement, yoga nidra meditation, all finishing with a soundbath to restore your inner balance.
We'll use plenty of props to get super comfy, with myofascial balls for trigger point release and acupressure stimulation. You'll come away with a greater sense of inner peace, stability, and vitality.
The 90-minute workshop will include:

✨ Gentle, grounding breathwork to stimulate the vagus nerve and increase parasympathetic tone
✨ Slow, slinky and embodied movement to get out of our heads and into our bodies

✨ A yoga nidra (AKA yogic sleep) meditation to cultivate deep rest in both mind and body
