Roll & Release: Fascial Freedom for Lower Body

This 2-hour Myofascial Release workshop focuses on releasing tension in the lower body so you can move with greater comfort and freedom. Using massage balls, gentle pressure and mindful movement, you’ll learn simple techniques that hydrate connective tissue, improve circulation, and restore elasticity to the fascia — the web of tissue that supports and connects the entire body.

The session will focus particularly on the back, hips and knees, helping to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation. The techniques create a deep self-massage effect that can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and leave the body feeling lighter and more relaxed.

This workshop is especially helpful for walkers, runners and cyclists, or anyone who wants to feel more mobile and comfortable as they become more active again this Spring.

You’ll leave with:

• A set of simple Myofascial Release techniques for the lower body that you can safely practise at home
• Your own massage ball to continue the practice
• A deeper understanding of how to care for your fascia, mobility and nervous system
