Some of my focus areas…

Nervous system balance

Therapeutic yoga to support nervous system health, blending ancient wisdom with modern science. Specialising in nervous system repair for stress, burnout and trauma, this approach soothes and regulates from the inside out. Benefits include improved sleep, emotional balance, and a steadier, more connected way of moving through life.

Yoga for spine health

Targeted support for spinal health and function, grounded in anatomy and evidence-based movement. Specialising in back care, disc issues and postural imbalances, this approach builds strength, mobility and resilience in the spine. Benefits include feeling greater integrity and alignment in your body and reduced (often eradicated!) pain and discomfort.

Women’s health & hormones

Supportive yoga for every stage of female life, from periods to menopause and beyond. Drawing from TCM wisdom and the latest research, this approach honours hormonal rhythms and the body’s natural intelligence. Benefits include feeling more in tune with yourself and your natural rhythms for greater balance, vitality, and resilience through hormonal shifts.

What my clients say

“I never imagined that I could get into yoga, especially without being in a physical studio with someone to guide me. The sessions are easy to get into, fit around my schedule and by the end I’ve forgotten that we’re not in the same room.”

— Katie Goodman, Melbourne, Australia
